2. Event details
Event: Sure Presents Guernsey Together Festival 2026
Date: Saturday 13 June 2026
Venue: The Rabbit Warren, Victoria Avenue, St Sampson, Guernsey
Gates open: 12:30 PM
Event timings, areas, entertainment, facilities, entry processes and site layouts may be updated where reasonably necessary for safety, licensing, operational, weather, security or artist-related reasons.
3. Tickets and acceptance of terms
A valid ticket is required for entry.
Tickets may be sold directly by us or through an authorised ticketing provider such as Eventbrite. When buying through a ticketing provider, their own terms, fees and platform rules may also apply.
It is the ticket purchaser’s responsibility to check all ticket details before completing a purchase, including the event date, ticket type, age category, quantity, price, booking fees and any entry conditions.
4. Ticket prices, fees and charges
Ticket prices may change between sales phases and may be higher on the gate or closer to the event.
Any booking fees, processing fees or platform fees should be clearly shown before purchase by the ticketing provider.
You will not be charged additional compulsory fees after purchase unless those charges were clearly disclosed before you completed the purchase or you have expressly agreed to them.
5. Refunds and cancellation rights
Festival tickets are for a leisure event taking place on a specific date. For that reason, change-of-mind refunds and general cancellation rights may not apply.
Unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase, tickets are non-refundable after purchase, except where:
-
The event is cancelled and not rescheduled
-
A refund is required by applicable law
-
We choose, at our discretion, to offer a refund, credit or transfer option
-
There has been a material change to the event that gives rise to a refund entitlement under applicable law
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
We will not refuse a refund where the law requires one.
6. Event cancellation
If the event is cancelled in full and is not rescheduled, we will provide information on the refund process as soon as reasonably possible.
Refunds will usually be processed through the original ticketing provider and may be subject to their refund process.
Where a refund is due, we will act reasonably and in line with applicable consumer law.
7. Event postponement or rescheduling
If the event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will usually remain valid for the new date.
If you cannot attend the new date, we will explain the available options, which may include a refund window, ticket transfer, credit or other remedy where required by law.
Any refund window will be communicated clearly through our official channels or the ticketing provider.
8. Changes to line-up, artists, entertainment or site areas
Artists, performers, DJs, attractions, activities, stages, timings, food traders, bars, sponsors and advertised features may be subject to change.
A change to the line-up, performance time, running order, site layout, food trader, sponsor, activity or stage area will not automatically entitle you to a refund unless the change is so significant that it materially changes the nature of the event or a refund is required by law.
9. Weather and outdoor event conditions
Sure Presents Guernsey Together Festival is an outdoor event.
The event may continue in rain, wind, changing temperatures or other normal outdoor conditions.
Please dress appropriately for the weather and ground conditions. We recommend suitable footwear and clothing.
The event may be delayed, paused, altered, partially closed or cancelled if we reasonably believe it is necessary for safety, licensing, emergency, weather or operational reasons.
10. Entry requirements
You must present a valid ticket for scanning on arrival.
A ticket can only be scanned once. If multiple copies of the same ticket are presented, the first valid scan will be accepted and later copies may be refused.
We may refuse entry or remove a person from the event where we reasonably consider it necessary for safety, security, licensing, welfare, legal or operational reasons.
This includes, but is not limited to:
-
Aggressive, abusive, threatening or anti-social behaviour
-
Possession of prohibited items
-
Being intoxicated or under the influence of drugs
-
Attempting to enter with a copied, cancelled, refunded, invalid or already-scanned ticket
-
Failure to comply with reasonable staff, steward, security, police, medical or organiser instructions
-
Breach of these terms
-
Behaviour that risks the safety, welfare or enjoyment of others
No refund will be given where entry is refused or a person is removed due to their own behaviour, breach of these terms, invalid ticket use, or failure to follow reasonable instructions.
11. Search and security
For safety and licensing reasons, you may be required to undergo a bag check, search or security screening before entry or while on site.
Refusal to comply with a reasonable search request may result in refused entry or removal from the event.
Security searches will be carried out respectfully and only where reasonably required.
12. Prohibited items
The following items are not permitted unless expressly authorised by us in advance:
-
Illegal drugs or controlled substances
-
Weapons or items that could reasonably be used as weapons
-
Glass bottles or glass containers
-
Alcohol or open drinks brought from outside the event

-
Drones or remote-controlled flying devices

Prohibited items may be confiscated, disposed of, or handed to the relevant authority where appropriate.
13. Alcohol and licensed areas
The event may include licensed bars.
Alcohol will only be sold or supplied in accordance with applicable licensing laws and event licence conditions.
We operate an age verification policy. If you appear under the relevant age threshold, you may be asked for valid photographic identification.
Acceptable identification may include a passport, driving licence or other approved photographic identification.
We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone who cannot provide valid identification, appears intoxicated, behaves irresponsibly, or where service would breach licensing rules.
Alcohol purchased at the event must not be supplied to underage persons.
14. Under-18 ticket holders and responsible adults
Under-18 ticket holders must comply with the event’s under-18 entry policy.
Under-18 ticket holders must be linked to a responsible adult aged 25 or over who holds a valid adult-capacity event ticket.
One adult-capacity ticket can be responsible for a maximum of three under-18 ticket holders.
The responsible adult must:
-
Know the under-18 ticket holder or have been properly nominated by the parent or guardian
-
Enter the event with the under-18 ticket holder where required
-
Remain contactable during the event
-
Be responsible for the welfare and behaviour of the under-18 ticket holder
-
Comply with any safeguarding, wristband, verification or entry process required by the event team
We may request additional information to verify the responsible adult link before entry or wristband collection.
If an under-18 ticket holder is not correctly linked to a valid responsible adult, exceeds the permitted adult-to-under-18 limit, or does not meet the entry conditions, entry may be refused until the issue is resolved.
No refund will be due where entry is refused because the ticket holder has not complied with the clearly stated under-18 entry conditions.
15. Wristbands
Where wristbands are issued, they must be worn as instructed and must not be removed, damaged, shared or transferred.
Lost, damaged, removed or tampered wristbands may not be replaced.
Anyone found wearing a transferred, tampered or invalid wristband may be removed from the event.
16. Ticket transfer and resale
Tickets may only be transferred or resold where permitted by the official ticketing provider and in line with their process.
Tickets must not be resold for commercial gain without our written permission.
We may refuse entry where we reasonably believe a ticket has been fraudulently obtained, unlawfully resold, duplicated, cancelled, refunded or transferred outside the authorised ticketing process.
17. Accessibility and assistance
We aim to make the event as accessible as reasonably possible within the limits of an outdoor festival site.
If you have accessibility needs, please contact us in advance at info@guernseytogether.co.uk so we can provide available information and consider reasonable support.
Some areas of the site may be affected by grass, uneven ground, weather, crowd movement or temporary event infrastructure.
18. Personal belongings
You are responsible for your own belongings while attending the event.
We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings unless caused by our negligence or where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Lost property enquiries can be made using the contact details published by the event.
19. Medical, welfare and emergencies
You must follow all reasonable instructions given by event staff, stewards, security, medical staff, emergency services, police or local authorities.
If you feel unwell or see someone who needs help, please contact the nearest steward, security officer, medical point or member of the event team immediately.
In an emergency, parts of the event site may be closed, cleared, redirected or evacuated.
20. Behaviour and respect
We want the event to be safe, welcoming and enjoyable.

By attending the event, you understand that photography, filming and audio recording may take place.

If you have a specific concern about being photographed or filmed, please contact the event team where reasonably possible.
Commercial photography, filming, livestreaming or recording is not permitted without our prior written permission.

23. Liability

Address: Oakwood-Lock Limited, Bad Habits, 54 Lower Pollet, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1WF
We will aim to deal with complaints fairly and within a reasonable time.
26. Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.
If a term can be interpreted in more than one way, it should be interpreted in the way that is most consistent with applicable law and consumer rights.
27. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time.
The version that applies to your ticket will usually be the version in force at the time you purchased the ticket, unless a change is required for legal, safety, licensing, operational or consumer protection reasons.
28. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Guernsey.
Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Guernsey, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
