2.8 We accept no parental or supervisory duty of care beyond enforcing these Conditions.
3. Refunds
For the purposes of these Conditions:
A “major cancellation” refers to the complete cancellation of the Event.
A “material alteration” means a change which, in our opinion, makes the Event significantly different from what ticket purchasers could reasonably expect. The following do not constitute a material alteration:
-
Changes to the lineup
-
Adverse weather
-
Changes to individual band members
-
Delays to performances
-
Relocation of the Event
-
Curtailment where the majority of the Event is performed
All tickets are non-refundable except as stated below. These Conditions do not affect your statutory rights under Guernsey law.
Tickets are sold for the Event and not for a specific artist. No artist is guaranteed.
If the Event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
If the Event is cancelled in full and does not take place, refunds will be issued in accordance with these Conditions.
Refunds will exclude booking or transaction fees.
Refund requests must be submitted within three months of cancellation notification.
Any changes to the Event will be communicated via social media channels and directly to the email address supplied at the time of purchase.
4. Transfer of Tickets
4.1 Tickets are non-transferable unless permitted through our official ticketing platform.
4.2 Any ticket believed to have been resold for profit may be cancelled without refund.
4.3 Refunds, where applicable, will only be made to the original purchaser.
4.4 Tickets advertised for commercial or promotional purposes without our express written consent will be cancelled and deemed invalid without refund.
