Terms & Conditions
When purchasing a ticket to Guernsey Together Festival you agree to the following
Definitions:
“Conditions” These conditions may change from time to time in our soul discretion, any changes will be posted on our website and all ticket holders will be notified via email of any changes with a clear summary of the changes that have been made.
“Event” means Guernsey Together Festival .
“Ticket” means any valid ticket which permits the Ticket Holder to attend the
Event at the Venue on the basis of the details set out on the Ticket and (where applicable) to park or enjoy certain activities or upgrades at the Venue and which is subject to these Conditions;
“Ticket Holder” or “you” means any person possessing or using a Ticket to gain entry to the Event, including (without limitation) the Ticket Purchaser or any person to whom the Ticket was validly issued or transferred;
“Lead Booker” means the individual who has purchased Ticket(s)
“Venue” means the site at which the Event takes place, which at the date of these Conditions is intended to be The Rabbit Warren, Victoria Avenue, St.Sampson, Guernsey including all adjacent and surrounding areas used or controlled by us in connection with staging of the Event, including without limitation any car park
“We” means Oakwood-Lock Limited
These Conditions may change from time to time without notice and in our sole discretion. We will post any changes to the Conditions on www.Guernseytogether.co.uk We shall notify Ticket Purchasers of such changes by email if they materially affect Ticket Purchasers’ rights as a consumer.
1. Purchase of Tickets
1.1. Only tickets acquired through our designated ticket vendor, www.Guernseytogether.co.uk or purchased from the box office will be considered valid for entry to the Guernsey Together Festival. Tickets obtained from unauthorised third parties will be rendered invalid and may be confiscated or cancelled without any guarantee of refund or compensation.
1.2. Pricing and availability details for tickets (including, but not limited to, under 18 Tickets, Hospitality tickets and upgrades) are subject to alteration without prior notice however prices will always be clear at the time of purchase
1.3. Sales of General Release tickets are restricted to individuals aged 18 and over.
1.4. Confirmation of your purchase will be sent at the moment of purchase, and E-Tickets will be delivered via email no later than two weeks before the start date of the festival.
1.5. If you have not received your tickets 2 weeks before the festival, please reach out to us, referencing your booking confirmation, to request a re-issuance of your e-tickets.
1.6. Sales of under 18’s tickets are restricted to those aged 17 and under at the time of the event. If you are turning 18 before the event takes place you are required to purchase a General Ticket.
2. Refunds

A 'major cancellation' refers to the complete cancellation of the event (not rescheduled). A 'material alteration' is defined as any change (other than a rescheduling) that, in our opinion, makes the event significantly different from what ticket purchasers could reasonably expect. Notably, the following do not constitute 'material alterations':

Changes to the event lineup

Adverse weather conditions
-
Changes to individual members of a band
-
Curtailment of the event while the majority is performed in full

Relocation of the event

Delays in the commencement of performances

. A 'special exception' refers to an exception made at our sole discretion.

All tickets are non-refundable, except as specified in these conditions. These Terms and Conditions do affect or exclude your rights under Guernsey Law

The ticket is for the festival and not specific artist. We reserve the right to modify the event schedule, including lineup, performance times, as well as the event start and end times.

No particular artist will be classified as a headliner, and the cancellation of one or more artists will not be regarded as a material alteration to the Event.
2.5. if the Event is rescheduled before it takes place, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date, and no refunds will be issued. If the Event is cancelled and does not take place at all, a refund will be provided in accordance with these Conditions”
2.7. Any refunds granted will exclude any third-party charges, e.g. transaction or booking fees

8.If the Event is postponed or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot make the new performance date please contact us via email. The repeat performance will take place within a reasonable time from the original performance. Taking into consideration but not limited to, planning times, availability of contractors, artists and staff.

In the event of a full cancellation of the Event, we reserve the right to automatically process refunds where necessary. For partial cancellations or specific circumstances affecting only some attendees, refund requests must be submitted through our website, www.guernseytogether.co.uk, within three months from the date of cancellation as notified by us; otherwise, the claim may become void.

Any changes in the event will be communicated via social media channels and directly to the email address supplied to us by the ticket purchaser at the time the ticket was purchased.

3. Transfer Of Tickets
3.1. Tickets are non-transferable. If a ticket is transferred, it may be invalidated and in-illegible for any refunds or compensation in the event of cancellation. Additionally, any refunds that are approved will only be processed to the original purchaser's account details.
3.2. We are not responsible for retrieving the new ticket holder's information or for any financial transactions that occur between parties that do not involve Guernsey Together Festival.
3.3. We reserve the right to invalidate any ticket that we believe has been sold for personal profit.
3.4. Any tickets advertised for commercial or promotional purposes (such as competition prizes or in packages including hospitality, travel, or accommodation) without our express written consent will be cancelled and deemed invalid, without any refund.
3. Conditions of entry
4.1. No ID means no entry. A valid ticket must be presented and the named ticket holder must be present.
4.2. The only acceptable forms of identification are current versions of the following:

Pass card with hologram

Guernsey & Jersey Driving licenses

Screenshots or copies of any form of ID will not be accepted.

Guernsey Together Festival operates a Challenge 25 policy.

Admission is contingent upon security searches.

Possession of prohibited items may lead to denial of entry or police involvement.

Prohibited items are not allowed within the festival grounds
-
Unauthorised professional photography, audio, and video recording are strictly forbidden.

9.Guernsey Together Festival will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal property sustained while attending the festival, except where such loss or damage arises from our negligence. Nothing in these terms seeks to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Re-entry will be permitted. A full search will be conducted upon re-entry, which is at the discretion of Guernsey Together Festival.

Individuals who appear heavily intoxicated due to drugs or alcohol will be denied entry.

Tickets are sold with the understanding that the event is subject to licensing by the relevant authorities.

The promoter or their representatives reserve the right to refuse admission where there is a valid reason, including but not limited to failure to comply with festival rules, health and safety concerns, or legal requirements.

The promoter or their representatives reserve the right to enforce eviction from the festival grounds

The customer is responsible for verifying the festival gate opening times. Entry cannot be accommodated for arrivals outside of these designated hours. Please consult our FAQs for information on gate opening times.

Under 18s must be accompanied by a paying adult ticket holder aged 21 or over to supervise their entry into the event

5. Age Policy

1.Ticket holders under the age of 18 may only enter the festival when accompanied by their parent, legal guardian, or a nominated guardian. Any under 18 ticket holders attempting to access the festival without the presence of this individual will be denied entry.

We do not accept any responsibility for parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any individuals under 18 on site.

For safety reasons, individuals attempting to enter the festival with a child ticket holder for whom they are not the parent, legal guardian, or nominated guardian will also be denied entry.

Hospitality tickets are exclusively for individuals aged 25 and over. Proof of age may be required upon entry to the Hospitality area. Failure to provide valid proof of age may result in your ticket being invalidated for that area of the event, or for the entire event.

6. Prohibited Items
6.1. The following items are strictly prohibited from being brought onto the festival grounds:

Animals (except for registered guide dogs)

Audio-visual recording or transmitting equipment

Barbecues

Bicycles
-
Campfires
-
Chinese lanterns

Distress flares
-
Drones
-
Gas stoves
-
Generators
-
Glass drinking bottles or any open bottles

High-visibility jackets
-
Illegal substances
-
Knives
-
Laser pens
-
Liquid fuels
-
Mallets
-
New Psychoactive Substances, including Nitrous Oxide

Pyrotechnics or fireworks
-
Spray paint
-
Stickers
-
Unauthorised promotional material unless otherwise agreed

Whipped cream or CO2 dispensers

Weapons (or anything that could be used as a weapon)

Unauthorised sound systems

Items that are deemed to have the potential to cause damage or harm or are illegal will be classified as non-returnable. Security Management will use their discretion in these determinations.

Items that are legal but listed as prohibited will be regarded as returnable if they do not pose a risk of damage or harm.

Guernsey Together Festival, or its agents, reserves the right to confiscate any prohibited item found in the possession of any ticket holder, guest, staff member, trader, or artist.

If an individual in possession of a prohibited item refuses to surrender it or return it to their vehicle, Guernsey Together Festival reserves the right to refuse admission to the event.
